Thanks in part to $35,000 from Robin Hood, Global DIRT is launching I.T. and emergency response coordination teams to assist in food distribution, ground communications, and information management in the Rockaways section of Queens. Founded by veterans applying their logistical expertise to help those afflicted by natural disasters, Global DIRT strives to create order amid the chaos.  Robin Hood is proud to see our Veterans effort and Sandy response coincide with this Global DIRT grant.
